Leading full life cycle recruitment for Global Functions for India region with a team of recruiters Stakeholder Management - Managing End-to-End Stakeholder relationships for local and global partners Implementation of talent research strategies and practices for competitive intelligence Consult on hiring plans that addresses demand needs by developing scalable hiring strategies with focus on diverse talent Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent strategies thereby building hiring roadmap across skills by location Effectively identify and use social media tools in alignment with HSBC’s Brand Strategy Driving the team towards achieving the SLA’s & constant monitoring of their KRA’s, with feedback/s to achieve the goals Periodic reviews with all the business lead to share pulse on recruitment progress and identify process gaps Supporting the human resource leadership team to identify business challenges and help influence changes to operations, processes or programs Qualifications Requirements Any graduate with high level of 12 plus years of experience working in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager Role Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably at a global organization. A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment. Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time. Strong written and verbal/presentation skills. Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends.
