About the Role: Position Title: AVP- Operations- Talent, Learning & Culture Corporate Title: AVP- HR Operations Location: MGS - Bengaluru Job Profile Position details: The AVP- Operations for Talent, Learning and Culture will execute and manage day-to day operations of the various initiatives of global TL&C team with precision and efficiency, responsibility in implementing new processes, tracking learning program delivery management , coordinating with global teams and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, Acts as go to expert for translating the strategy into seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage L&D processes including online registration, course feedback, and analytics reporting. Contribute to various L&D projects and initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, build, and launch high-quality online learning. Support the design, development, delivery, and measurement of L&D solutions. Lead or participate in learning project teams to build partnerships among HR, LOB, and SMEs. Assist in creating and developing various learning programs and training experiences. Align L&D solutions with the priorities of targeted LOBs or focus areas (HR, regulatory / compliance, skills, and capabilities). Develop and deliver the right curriculum for assigned focus areas. Design and manage strategic talent development and learning initiatives (e.g., foundational skills, high potential development, mentoring). Partner with L&D team members to build and execute learning programs and initiatives. Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to continuously improve employee learning experience. Collaborate with compliance, regulatory, and other functions for needs assessment activities. Create development plans to support LOB needs. Identify insights and trends to optimize training processes. Support project management efforts including logistics and calendar management. Compile and respond to inquiries about training content and data. Explore and employ the latest technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance online learning experiences. Work with course owners, regulatory leads, and LOBs to identify required training needs. Collect and analyze feedback on continuous learning activities to assess program effectiveness. Identify and resolve LMS platform issues (LEAP). Collaborate with HRBPs, Shared Services, and business colleagues to ensure successful completion of the required learning programs. Support the delivery of assigned topics via LMS (LEAP) and in-person learning interventions. Contribute to cultivating and promoting a culture that reinforces the bank's vision, purpose, and core values. Support the implementation of initiatives designed to drive employee engagement and advocacy by managing key project deliverables and monitoring milestones. Support employee engagement initiatives across multiple lines of business in partnership with employee networks to ensure a consistent employee experience. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support the implementation of feedback initiatives such as pulse/engagement surveys, employee lifecycle surveys, etc. Assist with the analysis of employee feedback reporting. Review, analyze, and track key performance indicators to help identify progress made as a result of employee feedback received. Track and analyze the impact of employee engagement programs. Support new-hire orientation and other onboarding programming by maintaining onboarding communications and reference guides in partnership with the new-hire onboarding team. Coordinate engagement recognition and reward programs. Assist the Global L&D team with scheduling, email communications, and logistics. Collaborate on the implementation of talent management programs, including succession / contingency planning, promotions, individual development planning (IDPs), talent review, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives. Participate in the collection and quantitative analysis of talent-related data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement based on internal and external data and benchmarks. Create and maintain talent management documentation and reports. Participate in implementing talent development initiatives with a focus on internal mobility and career development. Create, update, and maintain communications, guides, resources, and intranet as they relate to promotions and talent. Manage logistics, including setting appointments and facilitating meetings.
