The Wind and Solar resource rich India’s current capacity built over 35 years is scheduled to reach 3 multiples over the next 5 years thus opening avenues for grand & green careers. Job Summary: Experience in digital product sales, SaaS platforms, or tech-driven solutions in the RE sector A strong grasp of performance analytics, CMS/SCADA tools, and cloud-based platforms A consultative sales mindset and proven client engagement track record. The ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clean energy clients. Deep engagement with IPPs, developers for adoption of the digital platform at the initial stages. Responsibilities: Drive business acquisition for Digital Platform services across asset performance management across RE technologies (Wind, solar, Hybrid & Bess), Power plant controllers and other allied digital services. Design tailored solutions combining Asset analytics, real-time dashboards and remote performance monitoring. Engage with IPPs / asset owners to drive adoption of Digital Platform services-SaaS-based Coordinate with internal teams (IT, data science, asset performance) to ensure seamless 24x7 client support Package and upsell value-added services such as predictive analytics, automated reporting, and forecasting insights Contribute to digital product evolution based on market and client feedback. Qualifications : BE/M. Tech-E&TC / Electronics/IT / Computers from reputed institution/university. Experience:4 to 8 years. MBA in marketing preferred but not compulsory. Working Conditions : The work location is at our HO-Pune, Maharashtra. The person must travel based on the requirement of the job and occasional travel to sites/ customer offices to understand various inputs/requirements.
