Designation : Graphic Designer & Video Producer Role: The Graphic Designer & Video Producer will support the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing Simplify Healthcare’s digital presence and improving customer engagement. This role requires strong creative skills across graphic design, video production, animation, and UX/UI, delivering impactful visuals across both digital and print channels. Experience Overall 4+ years of experience including: Graphic Designing Motion Graphics Video editing and 2D animation Character animation Designing flyers, banners, and brochures. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, guides, emailers, and presentations. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all assets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visually compelling content for online and offline use. 2. Video Editing & Animation Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce promotional and explainer videos. Create 2D animations and character animations to support marketing campaigns. Support video production during live events. 3. UX/UI Design Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Convert concepts into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance user experience. Apply design best practices across digital touchpoints including websites, apps, social media, and email. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Skilled in multimedia, motion graphics, and animation. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace) and working knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS. Familiarity with social media design standards (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads). Functional Skills Strong project management and time management abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
