About the candidate – An Ideal candidate should have an engineering degree/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with 10+ years Key Competencies – Assess requirements for new equipment installations, including calculation of power cable capacity and necessary materials. Plan and oversee installation of power and compressed air connections for newly arrived machinery. Develop and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities. Create weekly and monthly maintenance plans for key equipment including air compressors, UPS systems, and diesel generators (DG). Implement preventive maintenance plans for all electrical infrastructure such as distribution boards and control panels. Monitor machine maintenance activities, inspections, and ensure adherence to scheduled servicing.Coordinate with service providers and vendors for timely and efficient maintenance services. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all critical systems including: Production machines UPS systems DG sets Water softeners and plumbing systems Manage the upkeep of fire safety systems, including extinguishers, hydrants, manual call points (MCP), and public address (PA) systems. Maintain a detailed vendor maintenance schedule for air compressors, UPS units, and DGs.
