Job Description: Insurance Advisor Manager Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present comparison of quotes for new policies and renewals. Analyze Potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks. Stay informed on trends and developments in the insurance industry to provide up to date advice. Support in filing insurance claims and advise Management the process/methodology to get optimum value of the loss. Prepare and analyze reports on claims performance, costs and trends for senior management. Conduct regular checks/audits of claim files to ensure quality and compliance. Skills Required: Expert knowledge on insurance matters i.e. covering desired risks for the organisation, taking various policies like fire, machinery breakdown, employee’s policies etc. Candidate is supposed to have good working knowledge on day-to-day affairs of insurance matters including updation of IRDA guidelines issued from time to time. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge on settlement of various insurance claims. Candidate should have good negotiation skills to get competitive premium on Non-tariff policies without compromising the risks. Candidate should have exposure to work closely with various insurance companies. Qualification :- MBA with specialized knowledge and experience in insurance matters is preferred.
