The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes managing customer support tasks, closing sales over the phone, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Telesales Executive will also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Customer Support skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
