Experience: 4–5 Years (preferably as a Stenographer or Administrative Executive) Department: Registrar Office Reporting To: Registrar, RVU Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive for the Registrar's Office with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in stenography and administrative support. The ideal candidate will assist in managing official communications, documentation, coordination of meetings, and maintaining confidential records with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities : Take dictations and transcribe notes, letters, memos, and reports accurately and efficiently. Handle correspondence, circulars, and official documents on behalf of the Registrar's Office. Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes. Assist in preparing reports, data collation, and academic/administrative documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external departments as required. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital), confidential documents, and records. Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email follow-ups and data entry. Provide support during academic events, regulatory visits, and university meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preference to candidates with certification in stenography/secretarial practices). Proven experience (4–5 years) as a Stenographer/Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent shorthand and typing skills (minimum 40–80 wpm). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
