Hiring Operations Support- Billing & Rating with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS) About Job Experience level: 5-9years Location: Pune About this Role We are looking for a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in the Telecom domain, specialising in Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance. This role involves identifying revenue leakages, validating billing processes, and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. The individual will play a key role in ensuring revenue integrity across multiple markets and supporting automation initiatives. Who are you You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of telecom billing systems and revenue assurance practices. You are proactive in identifying risks, collaborative in working with cross-functional teams, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. Your strong communication and leadership skills enable you to drive improvements and support strategic business initiatives. What you will do Identify revenue leakages and provide actionable insights to management using data analysis and domain knowledge. Conduct daily rating and billing validation checks, raise and resolve tickets with appropriate corrective actions. Perform end-to-end testing and rating validation for new plans and products introduced by OPCOs to proactively prevent revenue loss. Gather and analyse critical information from stakeholder meetings and generate meaningful reports. Reconcile contracts against invoicing to detect discrepancies that may impact revenue. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to support business processes and product development. Conduct revenue audits across various OPCO markets to ensure compliance and accuracy. Drive automation and process improvements using tools such as Python, VBA, and Macros. What skills you need Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom, with a focus on Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management. 4–6 years of hands-on experience in telecom rating and billing processes. Proficiency in telecom billing systems such as Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Huawei, Geneva, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of rating, billing, and invoice validation concepts. Hands-on experience with SQL and Python. Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills. Experience in defect management and issue tracking. What skills you will learn Advanced automation techniques using Python, VBA, and Macros. Broader exposure to revenue assurance practices across multiple OPCO markets. Enhanced skills in data visualisation and analytics using tools like Tableau and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS. Deeper understanding of telecom product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking through involvement in business decision support and revenue optimisation.
