Interested candidates, kindly mail to About the Role: This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations by maintaining robust inventory levels, optimizing procurement activities, and supporting vendor development. As an Engineer Workover Planning, you will be at the intersection of planning, procurement, and operational efficiency driving cost-effective solutions and ensuring critical materials are always available when and where they are needed. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily inventory levels to prevent stockouts and maintain uninterrupted field operations Conduct physical inventory checks at rig sites and ensure alignment with system records Analyze inventory trends, delivery logs, and shipment data to accurately forecast future material requirements Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure adherence to FIFO principles for material storage and issue Initiate procurement actions based on Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) and work to optimize overall inventory performance Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain Prepare and assess Vendor Qualification Criteria (VQC), manage the Vendor List, and review Expressions of Interest (EOI) Develop procurement-related documentation such as Approval Notes and Scope of Supply (SOS), and initiate PRs in SAP Liaise with vendors for quotations and carry out thorough technical and commercial bid evaluations Create and maintain material and service codes to support effective inventory tracking and streamlined procurement Prepare and update annual Budget Estimates and Revised Estimates in line with operational needs and actual usage Track purchase and work order timelines, coordinating with suppliers and the Procurement & Contracts (P&C) team Apply best practices in inventory management to enhance operational efficiency and material availability Support the continuous development of suppliers to drive improvements in quality, pricing, and reliability Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements What We're Looking For: Solid understanding of inventory and procurement processes within the Oil & Gas sector Experience working with SAP and handling end-to-end purchase requisition workflows Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate material needs Effective coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams A proactive, process-oriented approach with a focus on optimization and compliance Qualification: Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
