For more information, you may visit Position: Junior & Senior Fire & Life Safety Specialist Department: Mechanical Job Location: Pune & Bengaluru Qualification: Architect / Engineer (Mechanical) Experience: 2 to 15 years You can also send your CVs at / Overview / Responsibilities: Knowledge of NFPA Codes and Standards, International Building and Fire Codes IBC/IFC, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, Saudi Building Codes. Review architectural layouts and provide comments/markups to ensure compliance with code requirements. Provide fire zoning, occupant load and capacity of means of egress calculations, travel distance to exits and protection of vertical openings. Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines for Fire and Life Safety systems. Prepare Fire and Life Safety submissions to Client and Civil Defense. Requirements and Qualifications: An accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture, fire protection or related engineering field. 1-15 years of relevant Fire and Life Safety experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
