Develop and oversee a dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory. Serve as the main point of contact for both importers and dealers. Analyze and understand the specifics of each market, including: When a distributor is required versus working directly with dealers Which countries follow traditional sales models versus tender-based systems Appropriate timing and approach for engaging with local government authorities Maintain strong business relationships and drive year-over-year sales growth in existing markets. Identify new business opportunities and support expansion into untapped countries. Define pricing strategies and establish commercial terms for each market. Willingness to travel extensively—up to two weeks per month within the region. Requirements: Experience in tractor sales is a MUST! Fluent English is a must. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic for Africa) are an advantage.
