Our portfolio includes high-growth D2C brands, and we are now strengthening our Kidswear vertical .Role Overview We're looking for an experienced and passionate Category Manager to lead the Kids Apparel vertical across our portfolio brands. You’ll be responsible for driving category growth, product strategy, range planning, sales performance, and trend alignment .Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategy for the 0–8 years segment, aligned with brand goals. Lead seasonal range planning with the design and sourcing team. Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot trends and consumer demand gaps. Build and manage pricing architecture , product mix, and lifecycle planning. Drive sell-through, inventory rotation , and initiate action on slow movers. Coordinate with design, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to ensure timelines and targets are met. Monitor sales performance , analyze data, and present actionable insights to the management. Stay updated with fabric innovations, safety standards, and child-specific design trends . What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in apparel category management , preferably kidswear. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Exposure to both product development and GTM (go-to-market) cycles. High comfort with Excel, data tools, and collaborative platforms. A proactive mindset with a passion for building great products for children. Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
