Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best terms. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
