We are looking for a Product roles one of our reputed clients. Job Location- Bangalore. Budget - Up to 55 Lacs Position 1- Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager - Casual Games (Live Ops & Monetisation) Position 2 - Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager - Casual Games Position 3- Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager—Platform. Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to drive consumer growth, engagement, and retention ● Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and revenue to deliver high-impact product solutions ● Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product ● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management What we are looking for: ● 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager with strong problem solving skills, and analytical ability ● Comfort with uncertainty and ability to roll up their sleeves to get things done ● Has worked in a metrics-rich environment and can be hands-on with data ● Experience setting up product rituals and design processes would be a plus ● Ability to work and engage with cross-functional and senior stakeholders ● Familiarity with ML and ML driven systems of data analysis, i.e., understanding of personalization as a lever of product developement, breaking down business problems into ML problems, devising testing methodology & evaluation of competing ML models, etc.
