Analyse current downstream processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement strategies to improve process yield, purity, and throughput. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance by providing technical guidance & support to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality control procedures. Implement robust quality control measures to maintain product quality. Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly. Develop and execute process validation protocols. Analyse validation data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Operation and process controlling of centrifuge, lyophilizer, laminar air flow, clean room, blast storage (cold room), CIP system & Reactors. Oversee OEE (overall equipment efficiencies) and calibration of downstream processing equipment. Plan and schedule equipment maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor and control operational costs to optimize resource utilization. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality. Stay updated on relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GMP and GLP. Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation. Prepare technical reports and presentations.
