SAP System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP environments (SAP ECC and SAP S/HANA ). Perform daily monitoring and health checks of SAP systems, ensuring system availability and performance. Manage SAP transport landscapes, including transport requests and change management. Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and system refreshes. Monitor SAP system logs and resolve system errors or issues promptly. Manage SAP user roles and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security policies. Coordinate with SAP functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Other Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain other critical servers (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Database Servers). Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Monitor server performance and optimize resource utilization. Manage server security, including firewalls, antivirus, and access control. Implement and maintain virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Ensure servers are compliant with industry standards and internal policies. Plan and implement server upgrades, patches, and security updates. Provide support for server-related issues and coordinate with vendors as necessary. Networking and Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with network administrators to ensure seamless network connectivity for servers. Support the IT team in managing the overall IT infrastructure, including storage, networking, and cloud services. Assist in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure projects to support business needs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all server configurations, procedures, and changes. Generate regular reports on server performance, uptime, and security status.
