Role Description Develop and execute the project plan in line with the business plan Drive 100% adherence to timelines, cost and quality as per business design Develop and build an outsourced pool with strong construction engineering competencies and pan India deployment capability Detailed budgeting, documenting and driving of the project plan from end-end Job Description Take full ownership of projects - Construction to Month 1 operations with full adherence to design Continuously work on all cost line items to optimise execution cost with every projects Develop and drive adherence to SOPs for all vendors and consultants Own and share weekly Project Plan, Budget MIS for all running project Lead the timely empanelment of partners (consultants, vendors, contractors etc) to suit business / project needs, through stringent evaluation in collaboration with the Contracts and procurement departments. Ensure high operational efficiency, quality and service delivery, coordinate with QA for periodic audits and drive compliance with ISO and other quality & safety standards. Lead project review meetings with the consultants and contractors for critical project Requsites 8+ years of Site work in Retail, Hospitality, QSR or large commercial spaces Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliances and Quality norms Excellent communication skills Strong affinity for data and budgeting
