Job Location: Hyderabad, India. Job Summary: We are looking for an Office & Facility Executive to handle daily office operations like maintenance, seating, and cleanliness. The role includes managing vendors, office assets, and travel bookings for employees. You’ll also take care of SEZ compliance, documentation, and coordinate with officials. Ensuring safety, security, and smooth facility functioning is a key part of the job. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed. Experience with SEZ operations and vendor handling will be a great advantage. Key Responsibilities: Office & Facility Management : • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the office premises including upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance • Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping teams, security, and front-desk staff • Manage seating arrangements, workspace allocations, and office moves Compliance & SEZ Coordination: • Ensure adherence to Special Economic Zone (SEZ) rules, norms, and reporting requirements • Coordinate with SEZ officials and maintain necessary documentation • Track regulatory renewals (fire safety, AMC contracts, etc.) Vendor & Asset Management • Manage service providers for utilities, IT infrastructure, HVAC, pantry, etc. • Monitor SLAs, billing, and contract renewals with vendors • Maintain inventory of office assets and consumables Travel & Logistics Support • Assist in international and domestic travel bookings for employees and guests • Coordinate visa documentation, ticketing, and accommodation when needed. Health, Safety & Security • Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness drills, and workplace safety protocols • Ensure security procedures are followed and regularly reviewed Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office/facilities administration • Familiarity with SEZ office operations and compliance frameworks • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel reports, and facility tracking tools • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle confidential information
