Job Title: Apriso Solution Architect Technical/Functional Skills: Mandatory Experience in multiple Delmia Apriso MES/MOM implementation as Solution Architect using any of the Delmia Apriso version 9.6 to 2024 Experience in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation Must have functional knowledge of Manufacturing Operations like Order Management, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, Maintenance Management, Warehouse Operation and Time & Labor Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements Must be conversant with Apriso Screen Framework and familiar with screen building methodologies including AJAX Good experience in customizing the solution using Apriso out of the box user controls, business components etc. Must be proficient in JavaScript/ C# Script and SQL Server/Oracle Must possess sound knowledge of RDBMS Concept and Object-Oriented Programming Hands-on experience troubleshooting, writing, and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (SQL Server 2012+) using SQL Profiler/DTA etc Hands-on experience in Process Builder, Machine Integration and Business Integration, Global Packaging Manager Must have build mapping for ERP integration using XSLT transformation and shopfloor integration via OPC DA/UA or RS232 with Apriso MI Must have implemented Archiving solution using the standard Apriso Archiving solution Must have worked on Apriso Warehouse Management packaged Solution or at-least have idea how to use and modify the template for other functions. Must be well versed with Complex Assembly Solution Well versed with deployment and release management processes through GPM Familiar with source control/versioning concepts and creating scripts for database objects Well versed with SDLC methodologies Must have managed a team of 5 or more members Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to initiate, design, deliver and govern across a wide range of projects in support of business Provided architectural guide and assist delivery teams tasked with producing optimal solutions for a given project Responsible for creating solution architectures that balance the trade-offs required to meet the specific needs of the project with those of the wider enterprise architecture Work closely and collaboratively across multiple delivery teams and product owners to define a well-articulated solution and ensure alignment across stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have participated in RFI/RFQ/RFP process and able to estimate effort and prepare project plan Nice to Have: Have used Schema Builder and DAL Wizard to build custom DLL and business component Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users- Use tools like SQL Profiler for database tuning. Generate traces, execute plans, identify performance issues, deadlocks/contention and resolve them. Develop strategies and implement solutions for managing back-ups, restoration, and replication. - Create and manage constraints and indexes. Support software developers with database operations including the development of complex SQL, tuning of DML and the creation of stored procedures. Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow, criticality and dependencies. Roles & Responsibilities Translate business requirements into formal Requirement Specification and convert into Design Document, build business logic, screen, mapping as per requirement & design and validate results with business representatives. Provide assistance to team and customer for successful completion of Testing & Validation and roll-out solution in shopfloor. Support implemented Apriso MES solutions by: monitoring and optimizing business logic and DB queries wherever required. Addressing user questions concerning configuration, monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues.
