Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven International Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our sales efforts by understanding client needs, preparing compelling proposals, and presenting our services effectively to potential international clients in the B2B sector (excluding product-based industries). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-sales or a related customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify international B2B prospects. Understand client requirements and prepare customized pre-sales proposals and presentations. Conduct product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs, focusing on data and analytics solutions. Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client queries. Assist in building strong client relationships by providing timely and accurate information. Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect and customer interactions. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to help position IMS Datawise strategically. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing roles in B2B sectors (non-product based). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage international clients. Basic understanding of data, analytics, or technology services is preferred. Ability to analyze client needs and articulate value propositions effectively. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with international exposure.
