Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead the catering division of a prestigious organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in luxury catering operations, a strong understanding of high-end hospitality standards, and a track record of managing large-scale banquet operations for elite clientele. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the luxury catering division with strategic planning and operational excellence. Drive revenue and profitability through client acquisition, retention, and high-quality service delivery. Manage end-to-end operations of catering events including planning, execution, staffing, vendor coordination, and customer service. Maintain and build strong relationships with HNI clients, wedding planners, corporate clients, and event managers. Innovate and implement industry-leading service and presentation standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Monitor financial performance, set budgets, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising service quality. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Candidate Profile: 10–20 years of experience in luxury hospitality or catering. Must have worked in Director of Events , Banquet Operations Head , or similar leadership roles in 5-star hotel chains or luxury catering brands. Strong understanding of the premium events and hospitality market. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and maintain high service standards.
