The Delivery Manager, DTC, Discovery will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of front-end multi-channel customer experience projects, optimizing team performance, and aligning with business objectives in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment. As a Delivery Manager / Lead, you will: Lead the delivery of complex front-end multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet business needs. Own project timelines, manage risks, and resolve delivery bottlenecks. Drive continuous improvement and optimize team processes. Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor performance and demonstrate value delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Must-Have Experience & Skills: Managing delivery of retail commerce technology using Agile project management tools (JIRA/Trello/Azure DevOps). Experience in planning project and setting up the team. Take initiatives and setup project turnaround time & deadlines. Project (managing project timelines, resources, and budgets) and Stakeholder (cross-functional teams, developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts and business leaders) Management + People Management (Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members) + Strong communication Delivery lead, responsible for implementing front-end technologies. Experience in handling team. Experience in Retail / e-commerce domain/industry is must Variable Pay; 10% Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in the retail industry, particularly within a global context. Proven track record of managing cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects. Experience with front-end technologies , customer journey mapping, and digital marketing tools.
