As part of the Integrated Marketing team, you will drive 360-degree marketing initiatives to drive growth and add value. The Life Sciences Marketing Manager position is within the Integrated Marketing Team. The individual would work at the heart of the top global Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Medical Technology) and would collaborate on innovative projects while bringing in deep industry knowledge and Marketing skills. This position will be responsible for driving Digital Marketing, Demand generation and Communications and positioning us a a leader in providing cutting edge IT service to the Top Global Life sciences enterprise in the world. The key roles and responsibilities include: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives successfully. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams. An analytical & data driven mindset to drive result-oriented decisions Exposure and experience in roles across the marketing value chain, primarily in the life sciences or allied industries as detailed out below. Develop, establish and maintain marketing & branding strategies to meet organizational objectives Monitor corporate branding initiatives across various projects to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently Responsible for managing the demand generation marketing portfolio, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, AdWords management, Content Marketing, Campaign Management, Email Marketing, and Marketing analytics - from strategy to execution Conceptualize and execute revenue-generating marketing programs to achieve lead targets, using suitable methods: Events, Website, Social Media Marketing, Ad campaigns, SEO, Email, Blogs, Paid PPC, Inside Sales Campaign etc. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content creation ideas Conduct market research and devise strategies based on the research and help understand the approach of key competitors; communicate differentiation to sales and provide input to senior leadership Liaise with internal teams from various departments to obtain briefs and requirements for new launches & other business updates and, execute the initiatives and ensure timely closure Co-ordinating with the marketing team and departments for creating video and marketing collaterals Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to the finished product and execution Qualification & Skills: - MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelors degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field Proven working experience (8+ years) in digital marketing/Advertising platforms and in delivering marketing solutions, particularly within the Life Sciences Industry In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment and optimization Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations Experience in working with Agencies or working in a Marketing agency for Life Sciences Clients Strong understanding of marketing, advertising technologies (with hands on) and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers Should be good with using Analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing activity and ROI. Proficient in marketing automation and social media marketing tools/platforms A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing and sales campaigns for major cultural activities, including all marketing mix elements
