Our expertise spans Debt Syndication, Financial & debt restructuring, M&A Advisory, Engineering Consultancy-PMC Services and Valuation Services. We prioritize creating knowledge pools on economically significant topics and have built substantial expertise across sectors. We are currently in need of an experienced person having in-depth knowledge in advising corporate clients in raising Project Finance, Working Capital etc. facilities from Indian and International Banks/ Financial Institutions . The major responsibilities will be :- Interacting with clients (Mid and Large Corporates) to understand their financial requirement and advising the way forward. Developing strong relationship with Indian and International Banks and Financial Institutions. Managing and developing the execution team below him. Should be able to give presentations to corporate houses on various types of financial requirement needed by them. Qualifications & Experience MBA (Finance)/CA or equivalent 15 + years of relevant experience in advising corporates on project finance in various sectors We are essentially looking for someone with at least 15+ years of experience in debt syndication domain with exposure in all major sectors; having a proven and strong relationship network with the top bench of PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs etc. Remuneration and benefits are to be the BEST in the industry.
