House of Shipping's commitment to their customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals. Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Junior Analyst – Microsoft Business Central Finance . This position is an on-site position for Chennai. Background and experience: 1-3 Years of job experience •Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, specifically in finance. •Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. •Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central finance modules. Job Purpose: To lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the finance modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, aligning system capabilities with business requirements. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to understand and translate their operational needs into efficient system solutions, ensuring accurate financial processes, compliance, and reporting. The consultant will play a critical role in driving process improvements, user adoption, and the successful delivery of financial functionalities across the organization. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Roles & Responsibilities: •Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance modules. •Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. •Provide expertise in financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and budgeting. •Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). •Train end-users and provide ongoing support. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules and systems. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central finance functionalities. •Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
