Key Responsibilities: • Strategy & Execution • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid social channels. • Run campaigns across quick commerce platforms in partnership with platform teams and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand voice and seasonal initiatives. • Budget & ROI Ownership • Manage monthly ad budgets with full P&L responsibility for performance marketing spends. • Continuously track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates to improve campaign effectiveness. • Channel Management • Optimize listings, deals, and visibility on platforms like Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Amazon Fresh to drive top-line growth. • Use tools, A/B testing, and analytics to improve performance across all touchpoints. • Analytics & Reporting • Generate and share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Use data to identify trends, scale successful strategies, and course-correct underperforming campaigns. ⸻ Requirements: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or consumer food brand. • Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and commerce platforms. • Strong analytical skills and command of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. • Experience working with quick commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) is a strong plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with cross-functional teams. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, or WebEngage. • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce. • Passion for food, wellness, and consumer brands is a bonus.
