Primary Skills - Tanium, BigFix, Patch Management, Netcool Impact, Netcool Omnibus Secondary Skills - SVN,ITM, ITNM, Shell Scripting EXperience- 5-6 yrs Location- Chennai , kochi • Fixlet/Task Creation in bigfix, Multipackage execution using Bigfix • Must have knowledge on Bigfix Patch Management and security Compliance • Good knowledge on Msi/Exe/PowerShell though Bigfix packaging • Good Knowledge on creating Analysis and Baseline • Good Knowledge on Writing relevance Language • knowledge on software distribution package creation • Create Web Report and schedule reports • Ability to operate independently for critical packaging and make decision. • Good Knowledge on Aix/Linux Windows Platform • Expertise in resolving Bigfix Relay and Bigfix client issues • Installing and configuring Bigfix inventoery • Managing software inventory and troubleshooting inventory related issues • Exposure and understanding of patching using Bigfix • Configure and solve any issues related to patching and compliance related issues • Knowledge of Basic ITIL • Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLAs and SOPs • Netcool Administration skills • Writing impact policies and setup new alerts • Manage Netcool servers and place servers in Maintenance mode during change Window • Upgrading Netcool Environment • Setup LDAP Integration with Ominbus • Installation and configuration of ITM agent • Integrate Netcool with Mainframe Events and ServiceNow. • Writing impact policies and setup new alerts • Creating webGUI dashboard • SVN Installation and Configuration • Creating SVN Repository
