From flight planning to ground handling, overflight permits, and concierge services – we ensure seamless, safe, and efficient flight operations across the globe. Role Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, conducting sales meetings, and collaborating with the management team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation sector (OEMs, Operators, charter brokers, ACME, Defence, Trip Support companies etc) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry networking Develop client relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and service packages Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Marketing Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) Enhance brand awareness through social media, email marketing, and aviation forums Organize company participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows Coordinate the creation of marketing content (brochures, presentations, website updates) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aviation or travel sector Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and B2B lead generation Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media management Strong understanding of aviation industry standards and customer behavior is a plus Why Join us?
