Job Description

We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Assistant & Telecaller (Student Services Coordinator) to join our team in Mumbai, India. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that involves handling front-office operations, answering inquiries related to studying abroad, and managing telecalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and an interest in the education and study abroad industry. Key Responsibilities : • Front Office Management: o Greet clients, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach. o Answer and direct incoming calls, providing detailed information regarding study abroad programs, application processes, and visa guidance. o Assist clients with booking appointments, scheduling consultations with study advisors, and providing relevant brochures or information. o Maintain a neat and organized front office, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the consultancy. o Handle incoming mail, documents, and applications for students interested in studying abroad. • Telecalling o Conduct outbound calls to prospective students or leads who are interested in studying abroad. o Provide information about study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, and visa procedures. o Assist students with the application process, addressing queries and offering guidance on required documentation. o Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely application submissions, answering any questions they may have about courses or destinations. • Administrative and Support Duties: o Assist with the preparation and maintenance of student files, applications, and other documentation. o Support the team in organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops for students interested in studying abroad. o Coordinate communication between students, academic institutions, and visa consultants. o Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front-office roles, or telecalling is highly preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in the local language. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in using office software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) and communication tools. Work Conditions : • Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, in-office. • Payroll: 3rd-party payroll arrangement.
