Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and possess expertise in designing, developing, and implementing HRSD solutions. In addition, you will have hands-on experience with integrations, particularly with PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors, to enhance the HR services and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions in alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to understand and translate HR processes into technical solutions. Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain custom HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Service Portal, and Employee Service Center. Work on integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems, such as PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors. PeopleDoc Integration: Manage and develop integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and PeopleDoc to streamline document management and case creation. SuccessFactors Integration: Work on integrating ServiceNow HRSD with SuccessFactors to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization of HR processes. Develop and maintain integration connectors using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and other integration tools. Optimize and automate HR workflows and processes for increased efficiency and user satisfaction. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning on existing ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in knowledge sharing across the team. Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including integration specifications, API documentation, and process flows. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems, specifically PeopleDoc and SuccessFactors. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and other integration tools. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL processes and HR service delivery best practices. Additional Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow HRSD certifications. Experience with additional HR systems or integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
