Nurse Job Profile: • Conduct screenings: Take vitals, perform point of care tests and flag abnormal results : Glucometer, BCA machine & BP. • Documentation: Accurately record screening activities and results in EMR or paper records • Logistics & safety: Manage test supplies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure quality standards • Data entry & integrity: Enter, organize, and secure patient data electronically; ensure completeness and accuracy • Charting & workflows: Use EMR for medication dosing, progress notes, lab results, and support care coordination Skills & Qualifications • ANM/GNM • Strong clinical, technical, analytical, and communication skills • Experience with EMR systems and data documentation • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and patient-centered care Number of Vacancies : 100+ Priority Job Locations : Mathura, Meerut, Guwahati, Mysore / Mysuru, lucknow, Mumbai, Bangalore
