Here is what you will do: Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced RPA Architect with 10-15 years of experience in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in RPA tools like UIPath and BluePrism to drive automation initiatives, ensure seamless system integration, and provide technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and implement RPA solutions using UIPath, BluePrism, and other RPA tools. Develop and maintain RPA architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Lead RPA migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions. Design and implement system integrations, ensuring seamless interactions between RPA solutions and enterprise systems. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, aligning RPA initiatives with business objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA development teams. Key Skills to Succeed in This Role: 10-15 years of experience in RPA development and architecture. Expertise in RPA tools like UIPath and BluePrism. Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud computing, and RPA migration. Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure RPA solutions. Experience in enterprise architecture, with knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify automation opportunities.
