Job Description

This role incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel for employees, ensuring efficient and comfortable travel experiences in line with company policies. This role involves end-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, vendor management, policy adherence, and providing excellent support to the employees. coordinating all aspects of the organization's telecommunication services and devices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for voice (landline & mobile), internet services, primarily through vendor liaison, user support, inventory management and cost tracking. providing and managing facilities support for courier, printing & stationery and other admin related facilities across PAN India locations support employee support in driving Employee Wellness Agenda Key Responsibilities: Travel Management Oversee the end-to-end booking process for domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation Ensure all travel arrangements are made accurately, timely and in compliance with company policy. Manage and support last-minute changes, cancellations, re-bookings, and emergency travel arrangement. Develop and maintain efficient processes for travel requests, approvals and itinerary distribution. Implement and manage corporate online booking tools. Ensure a high level of customer service for all travelers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Manage a team of travel executives and provide guidance, coaching and performance feedback to team members. Telecom Service Coordination & Support Act as the primary point of contact for all telecommunications related inquiries from employees. Coordinate the procurement, activation and deactivation of mobile numbers, data plans and landline services. Assist employees with mobile device setup, basic troubleshooting and general queries regarding telecom services. Liaise with telecom service providers, process telecom invoices, verify charges against services and reconcile bills. Maintain an organized record of all telecom contracts, service agreements and billing statements. Facilities & Wellness Support providing and managing facilities support for courier, printing & stationery and other admin related facilities across PAN India locations. support employee support in driving Employee Wellness Agenda. Skills & Competencies Communication : Excellent verbal & written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external vendors. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing prompt, courteous and effective support to employees. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records in a dynamic environment. Problem-solving: Proactive approach to identify and resolve routine telecom service issues. Work Experience 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
