We’re Hiring: Manager / Assistant Manager – Field Supply Operations | Trichy Are you someone who can drive execution, lead teams from the center, and ensure seamless daily operations?  We’re looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager – Field Supply Operations to join our Supply Team at Trichy. This role is a Central Based role and will directly manage 10–15 Fleet Managers and be responsible for end-to-end Channel Partner (Bhuvanesh) operations – from hiring and training to daily slot operations and churn control. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading and managing a team of Fleet Managers across pitstops in the region Ensuring 100% daily slot operations with on-time arrival of Bhuvanesh Owning the hiring pipeline and training programs for Bhuvanesh Planning for festival and event day operations Monitoring churn and experience of Bhuvanesh across locations Making regular field visits (25%–50%) to ensure process adherence and field discipline Driving daily planning, execution, and reporting of operational KPIs What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in field operations or team management (blue-collar ops is a big plus) Strong leadership skills with an execution-first mindset Advanced proficiency in Excel (must-have), with working knowledge of SQL / Power BI as a bonus Experience managing gig workforce/delivery fleets/ground ops is preferred Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory Comfortable with field travel (up to 50%) Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making ability.
