Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at GeoServe. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of GeoServe and its suite of solutions, creating, high impact assets for digital, print, events and product campaigns. Tasks & Responsibilities: Translate complex ideas and product offerings into compelling visuals across multiple channels—web, social, presentations, brochures, event branding, infographics, and internal documents. Design and develop a range of assets including digital banners, social media creatives, GIFs, short-form videos and marketing collateral such as brochures, service presentations, pitch decks, datasheets, and whitepapers Experience in developing UI mockups for product screens (non-functional visuals) is an add on. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, leadership presentations, and campaign content. Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand—adhering to and developing brand guidelines as the portfolio grows. Manage production-ready artwork and liaise with printers or external vendors as needed. Stay current with design trends, especially in the maritime industry, B2B technology services, and enterprise communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience working on brand development, campaign rollouts, and B2B product marketing. Familiarity with technology, shipping/maritime, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus, but not required. Experience &Knowledge: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in a design role, preferably in the shipping/maritime industry, B2B, enterprise tech, SaaS, or professional services. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, and storytelling across multiple formats. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite —Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus, preferably in a Mac environment
