We’re hiring a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and senior executives. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining absolute confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize executive calendars, meetings, and appointments. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and detailed notes. Draft official correspondence, reports, memos, and documents. Respond to emails and manage communication on behalf of executives. Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Support decision-making with data collation, analysis, and timely reporting. Oversee office operations, facilities, and supplies management. Resolve urgent matters with promptness and discretion. Act as a communication bridge between executive office and other departments. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Sheet). 4+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and executive-level coordination.
