As our HR and Operations Admin, you’ll be responsible for our company operations including hiring, payroll, and logistics while nurturing a people-first culture. This role blends administrative precision with human empathy, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Support payroll coordination and compliance with HR policies Organize internal meetings, events, and team communications Manage vendor relationships and office operations Collaborate with leadership to improve internal workflows and culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred) 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
