The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of a key module of one of our products. Identify opportunity areas to improve the performance of the existing product by analyzing large data sets. Translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements (e.g., epics, user stories). Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing the product backlog effectively. Monitor product performance post-launch using key metrics (e.g., adoption rates, usage, customer satisfaction, revenue) and identify opportunities for improvement and iteration. Act as the primary subject matter expert for your module, communicating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, from executives to technical teams and customers. Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with necessary training, tools, and collateral to effectively articulate product value and drive adoption. Publish annual benchmarking reports for the performance of the product. Enhance the product to tailor to the needs of new geographies and markets. Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy. Qualifications Exp 3-5 years B.E/B. Tech holder; MBA or equivalent degree is optional. 3+ years of Product Management work experience Very good at Analytical skills and problem-solving
