The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, and reinvestment of profits to support the long-term growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire accounts and finance function for the family business. Analyze and interpret profit reports to guide reinvestment planning and financial strategies. Identify profitable reinvestment opportunities aligned with the business. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Monitor cash flow, working capital management, and fund allocation. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and investment analysis.
