Job Title: Market Surveyor | Commercial Leasing Surveyor | Office Surveyor Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 1–4 Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Leasing Surveyor with 1 to 4 years of experience in the Gurgaon commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing leasing opportunities across commercial spaces while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market surveys and site visits to identify potential commercial leasing opportunities. • Liaise with property owners, developers, and tenants to facilitate lease negotiations. • Maintain a strong database of commercial properties and potential clients in Gurgaon. • Prepare detailed leasing proposals, presentations, and reports. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments. • Support in documentation, agreement drafting, and closure of lease deals. Requirements: • 1–4 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the Gurgaon market. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
