Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media channels. * Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through targeted digital strategies. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools. * Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to align marketing efforts. * Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. * Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. * Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics. * Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting. * Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly. * Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis is a plus.
