Job Role: The Senior Manager Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that build employee capabilities and support organisational goals. The role involves conducting learning needs analyses, developing learning strategies, managing content development and delivery, evaluating program effectiveness, and partnering with business leaders to drive a culture of continuous learning and growth. Roles & Responsibilities: · Partner with business and HR leaders to identify learning needs aligned to current and future business objectives. · Design and implement the annual learning strategy, frameworks, and learning plans to address capability gaps and build critical skills. · Develop and deliver blended learning solutions including classroom programs, e-learning, on-the-job learning, coaching, and knowledge-sharing interventions. · Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs including vendor selection, content design, logistics, facilitation, and feedback. · Evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis to continuously improve programs. · Leverage digital learning platforms to drive scalable and accessible learning across the organisation. · Design and implement leadership development programs for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, and high-potential talent pools. · Facilitate programs where required and manage external faculty or partners for delivery. · Support succession planning initiatives through targeted development plans and learning interventions. · Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions address real business needs. · Act as a learning advisor to stakeholders, promoting learning initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous development. · Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in learning and development to introduce new methodologies and tools. · Drive adoption of digital learning, microlearning, and social learning to enhance learner engagement and impact. Experience & Qualification: · 8 – 12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development roles with expertise in learning strategy, program design, facilitation, and evaluation. · Experience in managing leadership development programs and digital learning platforms is preferred. · Exposure to media, technology, or fast-paced organisations will be an advantage. · Strong knowledge of learning design methodologies and adult learning principles. · Proficiency in digital learning platforms and tools. · Ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate learning impact effectively. · Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. · Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. · Agility and creativity in designing impactful learning solutions. · Strong planning, project management and organisational skills. · Passion for learning and developing others. · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. · Master’s degree preferred. · Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Coaching will be an added advantage.
