URL: Our subsidiaries Mistral Solutions: Epcogen - Add Solutions- Job Title: Manufacturing Head Employment Type: Fulltime permanent Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, KA General Description: We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Manufacturing Head with 18–20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering , specializing in sheet metal , machining , composites , and assembly processes . The ideal candidate will lead the manufacturing function, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including process planning, production, quality, and delivery. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies for sheet metal, machining, composites, and assembly. Collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and technologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and production schedules to meet business targets. Evaluate and onboard new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions. Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve technical and delivery issues. Team Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentorship. Build cross-functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Champion employee engagement and professional development. Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 18–20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and operations. Deep expertise in sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, composite materials, and assembly processes. Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex manufacturing programs. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial engineering sectors. Exposure to digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and smart factory initiatives.
