Job Purpose Work on CBX (Corporate Net Banking and Mobile Banking) solutions. - Taking responsibility of performing load, performance test of the application using automated tools. Determines how well the system can handle increased load. Tests the system's ability to handle large amounts of data. - Should drive the New System initiative (NSI), enhancements, Technology obsolescence upgrade and performance tuning/reengineering in existing application, as per Bank’s Processes & Policies - Should evaluate technical solutions from market as per banks requirement. - Should track all the projects under CBX, Manage IT Governance, Budgeting & Planning and Audit Compliance. Job Responsibilities (JR): Candidate should be able to manage Load / Performance Tests. Candidate should be able to manage, track and deliver all NSI and change requests in Trade Finance related applications. Candidate should be able to assess the impact of the NSI/enhancements on the existing platforms from performance and integration standpoint. Candidate should be able to provide input in planning & solutioning NSI as well as on the technical changes on the existing applications. Validate Total Cost of Ownerships (TCOs) & High-Level Estimates (HLEs), so the same can be provided to other project stakeholders. Ensure proper volume estimations are carried out for new solutions, basis which stress tests are planned and executed. Ensure Implementation is planned effectively, to ensure zero unplanned downtime during production movement and the cooling period. Ensure no Deployment/Integrity related technical failures, post releasing to users for production use. Participate in the process of project planning to ensure that adequate timeframe is committed for IT activities and to ensure that all aspects of Change Management are covered best practices Ensure ITPP is followed. Ensure thorough documentation and evidence are maintained, with a target of achieving zero Audit Failures. Capacity assessment of the hardware on account of each enhancement and provide necessary technical consultation/ vetting. Studying all interface issues and provide consulting inputs to BSG team for impact remediation & inclusion of enhancements / changes in the impacted interface systems. Doing impact analysis and work toward minimizing IT risks. Candidate should be able to collaborate with Work with different teams in the Bank. Key Skills: Should have worked in supporting complex applications working at scale. Should have sound hands on experience in managing technical projects implementation in Corporate Internet banking domain and Automations. Strong knowledge on payment system architecture and transaction flow with various interfaces. Knowledge of Dynatrace tool and how to troubleshoot the issues. Good knowledge & technical hands-on experience on Oracle RAC database/ Weblogic / Linux operating system. Expertise and hands-on experience in system integration with other platforms over APIs like XML, JASON, Restful etc. with enterprise applications. Knowledge of DR/BCP/Recovery/Backup conceptually for DB and application Servers. - Exposure to application support/ architectural concepts/ design across diverse technology platforms. Experience & knowledge on change management, SIT and Load testing. Familiarity with audits, internal controls, regulatory reporting and Compliance, Interchange compliance. Experience in managing IT Contracts, SOW, Budgeting and AMC renewals & negotiations. Experience Required 14-16 Years of technical management experience, preferably in banking payment platforms.
