POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective) To support the development and execution of the brand initiatives that enhance brand’s visibility, drive consumer engagement and achieve business growth. This role will require coordination between B&M, Product/Design & Markets Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Brand Support • Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies. • Collaborate in crafting positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to ensure brand consistency. • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. 2. Campaign Management • Execute 360° marketing campaigns across assigned verticals. • Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure effective execution and ROI. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations. 3. Product Management • Gain in-depth understanding of products & categories responsible for • Evaluate category value, growth, trends in the domestic marketplace while continuously monitoring new & emerging international trends • Work with Product & market teams to augment cumulative understanding of business categories, identifying triggers that will aid our growth in each 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with other teams to align strategies (within & outside the dept). 5. Budget and Performance Tracking • Monitor brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation and spend tracking. • Prepare monthly brand performance reports for internal stakeholders. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Years of Experience: 6-7 Years of Experience. Work in established Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle Brands will be a key advantage. Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputed college is a must KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand management. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data management. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
