We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations, efficient hiring, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures . Manage end-to-end recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Regularly communicate with upper management regarding manpower planning and recruitment status . Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing requirements . Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and databases . Set and review KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPA (Key Performance Areas) for employees. Oversee training, counseling, and coaching programs for staff development. Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires. Handle necessary administrative duties related to HR functions. Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 4+ years of experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and statutory compliance . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Competence in handling sensitive issues discreetly and effectively . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
