Assistant Training Manager Location: Sarovar Portico, Sriperumbudur (Pre-Opening) Position Overview As an Assistant Training Manager in a pre-opening hotel environment, you will play a key role in shaping the service culture, building operational excellence, and ensuring all team members are fully equipped for launch. This position offers the rare opportunity to help create a brand-new hotel culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing the full pre-opening training calendar for all departments. Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions aligned with Sarovar Group’s brand values. Collaborate with HODs to identify specific training needs and facilitate skills development workshops. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking. Support implementation of Learning & Development tools and track compliance with statutory requirements. Help create a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and guest-centric service. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in hotel training or operations, preferably with prior pre-opening exposure. Strong understanding of SOP creation, departmental training matrices, and brand standard modules. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. A Proactive professional with high energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to team success.
