Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with all statutory regulations. Ensure design and finish standards match luxury hospitality expectations. Handle multiple project sites and ensure standardization across locations. Manage on-ground execution, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements : Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale civil and interior projects, specifically in luxury hospitality or high-end banquet spaces . Proven track record of delivering high-budget projects (₹50 Cr+) on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, interiors, and finishing works. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively across project sites. Familiar with luxury brand aesthetics, standards, and operational functionality.
