Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performance sales team from scratch. Develop and execute strategic lead generation plans using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io . Drive end-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to closure. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Create sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market reach. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handover and execution. Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT services sales (must). Proven success in lead generation , client handling , and team leadership .
